Matthew I. Weissman, CPA, MST
Matt Weissman has been a CPA since 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Science Taxation degrees from Florida International University in Miami. He has held various positions over his career that include tax and accounting positions at multi-national investment firm Franklin Templeton Investments, Tax Manager at local CPA firm Laudadio & Associates, Director of Finance and Business at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church & Westminster Academy and independent associate at local CPA firm Rodriguez, Kinzbrunner, & Company. Aside from Matt’s concentration in taxation, he has had the privilege of specializing in non-profit and church formation, accounting, taxation and management.

Andrew began his accounting career in 2020 with CohnReznick Advisory (formerly Daszkal Bolton) in Boca Raton. A third-generation CPA, Andrew earned his Master’s in Accounting with a Concentration in Taxation from FAU in 2022 and obtained his CPA license in 2024. He is currently an associate at Reed and Company CPAs. Andrew’s expertise spans transaction, real estate, and state and federal tax matters, as well as bookkeeping, payroll, and operations accounting. He has supported businesses ranging from local family-owned companies to multinational corporations—always with the goal of helping clients and their teams succeed.

Laura Tyree, Client Relations Manager
Laura Tyree was raised in South Florida and brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, nonprofit organizations, and accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and currently manages our team in Tennessee. Outside of work, Laura serves as the Treasurer of the school PTO and teaches children’s ministry at her church. Laura enjoys spending time with her two young children, cheering them on in their chosen sports, and supporting her husband in his church ministry.

Originally from the Midwest, Sarah has called Florida home for nearly a decade. During this time, she has embraced various roles, including small business owner, mother, administrative professional, and florist. Together with her husband, she managed a local coffee shop, started a family, and launched a flower and plant business. Raising two young boys has been both a joy and an adventure, and Sarah has cherished the connections she’s made within South Florida's vibrant community. Sarah works closely with our clients to deliver exceptional bookkeeping services. Her expertise and enthusiasm greatly enhances our team and the support we provide.

Kari Mitchell, Bookkeeper & Payroll Supervisor
Born in Ohio but raised in South Florida, Kari brings a strong background in client and customer relations to the team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and has since built her career on a foundation of service and connection. Kari is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have four children. As a dedicated sports family, much of her free time is spent at the fields cheering from the sidelines—her favorite place to be. Outside of work and family logistics, Kari enjoys time at the beach, attending sporting events, and volunteering. She actively serves in her community as a school volunteer, Women's Bible Study leader, and Youth Sponsor at her church.
